ASHWAGANDA
This traditionally used herb is classified as an adaptogen and traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body adapt to the damaging effects of stress and supports a healthy nervous system.
VITAMIN C
Vitamin C plays a key role in skin elasticity to support healthy, firm and supple skin, and skin repair and regeneration.

 

Active Ingredients:

Each scoop (6 g) contains:
COLLAGEN (Hydrolysed collagen) 2.5 g
VITAMIN C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg
Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera extract 60 mg) equiv. dry root 3 g

Allergen Information:
Contains sucralose & sulfites
No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours.


Dosage:

ADULT DOSAGE:

Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (6 g) with 250 mL of water or juice. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing.
