Order Verification and Dispatch
To ensure accuracy, customers may receive a call to verify order details before dispatch. Most orders will be dispatched within one business day (Monday to Friday), provided all items are in stock. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment is processed. Any delays in obtaining items will be communicated via email or phone.

Signature Requirement
Certain parcels may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your package before signing. If you notice any damages, sign as "damaged" or consider rejecting the delivery. If you're not home for a delivery requiring a signature, the courier will leave a card with contact details. You can arrange a redelivery or parcel pick-up at your convenience.
Shipping Addresses
Business Addresses: Yes, please provide all necessary details during checkout.
Rural Addresses: Yes, an additional surcharge of NZ$5 applies to all rural addresses, even for free shipping orders. free shipping is only available for urban addresses.
PO Boxes: Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel, mark the receipt as "Received Damaged" and contact us immediately. We will handle the return of the damaged item and send you a replacement. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by pharmacyforless.co.nz (Highbrook Pharmacy). Please return damaged items in their original condition with all packaging.
