Gripit Kinesiology Tape is crafted from a cotton-based fabric with a small amount of nylon, providing the tape with its stretch capabilities. This tape can stretch up to 80% when applied to the skin, effectively mimicking the natural elasticity of the skin.

Use the 50mm tape for most body regions for easy application. Ensure you provide no tension of the end of the tape when applying.
