Blackmores Calm & Relax is specially formulated for those who have trouble relaxing, supporting stress and mind relaxation. Blackmores Calm & Relax contains lavender, hops and passionflower which are traditionally used in Western Herbal practice to support nervous tension and unrest, calm the nerves and mind.

Dosage

Adults – Take 2 tablets once a day as required. Maximum of 2 tablets per day.
