The homeopathic remedy Arnica Montana, derived from the herb known as Leopard's Bane, is one of the most widely recognized and used remedies in homeopathy. Arnica assists the bodys natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous excercise or exertion. Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.

Active Ingredients:

Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
