Arnica Cream supports the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue, and bruising, promoting normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. It also aids the body's natural defenses during times of trauma and post-surgery. Also helps the bodys natural ability to cope with long distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns. Arnica Cream is absorbed quickly into the skin, is low allergenic and will not stain clothing.

Active Ingredients:

contains a mother tincture of the herb Arnica Montana 5% in a non-greasy, paraben free, cream base.
 
Dosage:
Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken.
 
Extended Information:

Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged. A health professional should always be consulted if the injuries are serious.
