Uses/Indications:
Antiseptic for minor wounds and insect bites. To help relieve the symptoms of colds and flu. Temporarily relieve muscular aches and pains.
Antiseptic: Apply neat directly to minor wounds (cuts, scratches). Repeat as required.
Colds & Flu: Add 20 drops to hot water and inhale. Massage into chest and back. For children under 6 years, dilute 1 part into 10 parts carrier oil. Repeat every 4 hours as required.
Muscular Aches & Pains: Massage into affected areas. For children under 6 years, dilute 1 part into 10 parts carrier oil. Repeat 4 hours as required.

Household Uses
Cleaning: For hard surfaces (kitchen, bathroom), add 2 capfuls of water. Removes bacteria and odors.
Floors: Add 2 capfuls to warm water when washing floors.
Laundry: To clean and freshen including woolens, work clothes, sheets, and towels, add 2 capfuls to wash.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not use it on the face or anywhere near or in the eyes or nostrils. For advice, contact the Poison Information Centre ( New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. Urgent hospital treatment is likely to be needed. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
