Directions:
Spray unit comes separate to the bottle so remove bottle lid and fit spray unit prior to first use.
Adults (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Children (2 to 11 years): Apply 1 spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Gently blow nose 5 to 10 minutes after each dose, to remove bacterial build up.
