Dosage:

Adults: Take 10 tablets daily.

If you have never taken Chlorella before, start with 2 tablets daily and slowly build up the dose over a week.
Take between meals for greater detoxification.
 
Drink 4 – 8 glasses of pure water per day whilst using Chlorella to help flush out toxins. 
 

Warnings:
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding.
