This head cold and allergy relief formula helps ease congested, irritated, and inflamed sinuses. It soothes the throat and relieves a congested head, and is also effective for clearing sinuses affected by hay fever symptoms.

Base ingredients:
In a base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.
Dosage:
Recommended adult dosage
Get well: To support blocked noses and heavy sinuses, take 5mls up to five times per day.
Get well acute: To support sinuses discharging green or yellow mucus, take 5-10mls up to five times per day.
