Withania sominifera (indian ginseng) root ext, equiv to dry root (standardised to Withanolides 1.2mg) - 2000mg
Vitex agnus castus (chaste tree) fruit ext, equiv to dry fruit - 200mg
Magnesium citrate complex (equiv Magnesium 50mg) - 250mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (equiv Vitamin B6 60mg) - 63mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (equiv Zinc 10mg) - 50mg

Warnings:

How does it work?
 
Chaste Tree helps encourage a regular 28 day cycle and together with Ginkgo reduces many of the symptoms associated with PMT.  Withania helps prevent stress-induced hormonal changes, and Milk Thistle aids in the elimination of excess oestrogen.  Magnesium reduces uterine muscular cramping, and Vitamin B6 has also been found to improve depression and anxiety associated with the use of oral contraceptive pills.
