Active Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 525mg of psyllium husk powder.
Dosage:
Adults 12yrs and over:
To supplement daily fibre intake 2 - 6 capsules.
To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules.
Doses can be taken 1-3 times daily.
NEW USERS: Start with 1 dose per day, gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary.
Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time).
This product is not recommended for children under 12 years - Metamucil Powder is recommended instead.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.
