Each 5ml contains:
Iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 4.8mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.43mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.43mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.43mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.43mcg
Aqueous herbal infusion
from: Roselle (hibiscus sabdariffa) sepal
Chamomile (matricaria recutita) flower
Spinach (spinacia oleracea) leaf
Also contains: fruit juice concentrate (grape, pear, cherry, black currant, rosehip, blackberry, carrot), water, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate dihydrate and cirtic acid.
Dosage:
Adults & Children over 12 years: 10ml twice daily, approx 30mins before morning and evening meals.
Children 6 -12 years: 10ml Once daily.
Children 3 - 5 years: 5ml Once daily.
** Do not Drink direct from Bottle - use measured dose only. Shake well before use.
