SAMe is a natural compound found throughout the body, synthesized from the amino acid methionine. It plays a crucial role as one of the most important methyl donors in the central nervous system. Directions

Each tablet contains 400 mg of SAM-e. Take one tablet twice daily between meals. Do not chew or crush tablets.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

Individuals diagnosed with bipolar disease or manic depression should avoid supplementing with SAMe. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
