Naturo Pharm Sports Action Recovery supports the body's natural response to the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles and aids in normal muscle and joint recovery after exercise.

Active Ingredients:
Sports Action Recovery oral spray or tablets contain homoeopathic potencies of
Arnica 15x 30x,
Sarcolactic Acid 15x, 15c and
Zincum Metallicum 12x.
Dosage:
2 tablets per dose at 15 minute intervals for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required. Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
Use before, during and after exercise.
