How to use Tooth Toner Teeth Whitening Strips. Just wear anytime for your brilliant smile transformation.
1. Wipe your teeth with a tissue or brush them to make sure there is no plaque which will inhibit the peroxide getting through to the tooth.
2. Tear open foil packet. Remove strip with dry hands and peel away from backing film.
3. Looking in the mirror, fit upper strip applying sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with the edge of the gum and apply gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to the teeth.
4. Fold remaining strip behind teeth to keep in place. Repeat with the lower strip.
5. After 30 minutes, or 60 minutes if you prefer, peel off the strip and dispose of it properly. For better results leave for one hour or use it overnight.
