Each Berocca Energy Tablet contains:

  • (Thiamine hydrochloride as Thiamine) – 15 mg
  • (Riboflavin) – 15 mg
  • (Nicotinamide) – 50 mg
  • (Pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) – 23 mg
  • (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 10 mg
  • (Cyanocobalamin) – 10 µg
  • (Ascorbic acid) – 500 mg
  • (Biotin) – 150 µg
  • Folic acid – 400 µg
  • (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) – 100 mg
  • (as magnesium carbonate hydrate and magnesium sulfate dihydrate) – 100 mg
  • (as zinc citrate trihydrate) – 10 mg

Contains Sucralose and Sulfites. Also contains tabletting aids, artificial sweeteners, colours and flavour. Each tablet contains 272 mg sodium.

Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years:

1 tablet, dissolved in a glass of water. Take daily or as directed by your doctor.
