Arnica Lotion supports the body’s natural response to shock, injury, fatigue, and bruising, and helps with normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. When diluted with water, it is ideal for use as a wet compress, which can be left on overnight under a loose elastic bandage.
