Bodichek Hot/Cold Canvas Gel Pack can be used for both hot and cold applications to provide relief from pain, soreness or swelling. Available in a variety of colours.

Directions

• Cold: Freeze for at least two hours, then apply to the injury.
• Hot (water method): Boil 2-3 litres of water, immerse the pack for 10 minutes, wrap in a towel and apply to the injury.
• Hot (microwave): Heat for 30 seconds and cautiously test for the desired heat. If not hot enough, continue heating in 10-second increments until the desired heat is achieved.

Warnings

Do not use directly on the skin - insert in a towel or wrap before use. Never leave the pack in the microwave unattended. Do not heat for more than 40 seconds continuously at a time. Do not use if the pack is punctured or found leaking. Consult your physician if you have circulatory problems, sensory problems or a history of frostbite.
