Aspro Clear Extra Strength is a soluble effervescent aspirin tablet that helps relieve pain, fever and inflammation. The tablets are pleasant to take and form a completely clear solution, ready to be absorbed as soon as you drink it.

Ingredients

Aspirin 500mg, Sodium bicarbonate 847.2mg, Citric acid anhydrous 604mg.

Also contains saccharin sodium, sulfites and sorbates.

Directions

Adults: 1 to 2 tablets dissolved in half a glass of water every 4 hours.

These tablets are not suitable for children.

Warnings

• Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
• Do not give to children aged 12 to 16 years who have, or are recovering from, chicken pox, influenza or fever.
• Aspro may enhance the effect of anticoagulants and increase the risk of bleeding. Use paracetamol instead.
• Low doses may inhibit the effect of uricosurics.
• Prolonged use may be harmful. Do not use for more than a few days without medical advice.
• Avoid use in pregnancy, particularly the last three months.
• Do not use if you have a peptic or stomach ulcer, or haemophilia.
• Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
• Aspro may precipitate bronchospasm in susceptible individuals.
