Bach Original Flower Remedies Pine Drops 20ml
Pine is one of the 38 flower essences developed by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930s. Each essence corresponds to a particular emotional state. Pine is the one traditionally chosen where guilt and self-blame linger after the event has passed. It comes as a 20 ml dropper bottle, preserved in grape alcohol, and can be taken on its own or combined with up to six other essences.

Ingredients
5 x dilution of flower extracts of Pine (pinus sylvestris) in a grape alcohol solution. Also contains approximately 27% grape alcohol.
Directions
Single remedy use: 2 drops in water and sip at intervals, or add to a 30 ml mixing bottle containing still spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
Multiple remedy use: Add 2 drops of each remedy (maximum 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle and use as above.
