Bach Rescue Sleep Pastilles are a chewable form of Rescue Sleep, built on the original five flower Bach formula with white chestnut added. Each pastille contains the equivalent of four drops of Rescue Sleep, is sugar free and alcohol free, and is non-habit forming. Blackcurrant flavour, 50g, approximately 37 pastilles.

Traditionally used to relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, and to help calm the mind at the end of a demanding day. White chestnut is the Bach essence traditionally associated with settling repetitive, unwanted thoughts.

Ingredients
Flower essence of Aesculus hippocastanum (white chestnut) at 223ng per pastille (equivalent to 2.23ng of fresh plant), plus Clematis vitalba, Helianthemum nummularium, Impatiens glandulifera, Ornithogalum umbellatum and Prunus cerasifera, each at 156ng (equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant).
Also contains: 8.3g sugar alcohols (sorbitol, maltitol, isomalt, xylitol). Sugar free and alcohol free, with natural colour and flavour.
Directions
Chew one pastille as required. Do not exceed 10 pastilles in 24 hours.
