Bach Rescue Sleep combines the five Rescue Remedy flower remedies with a sixth, White Chestnut, traditionally used to relieve mental overactivity and sleeplessness.

Ingredients

2.8nL/mL tincture (equivalent to 28pg/mL of fresh plant) of each of Clematis vitalba flowers (Clematis), Helianthemum nummularium flowers (Rock Rose), Impatiens glandulifera flowers (Impatiens) and Ornithogalum umbellatum flowers (Star of Bethlehem), 2.8nL/mL tincture (equivalent to 280pg/mL of fresh plant) of Prunus cerasifera flowering twigs (Cherry Plum), and 4.0nL/mL tincture (equivalent to 40pg/mL of fresh plant) of Aesculus hippocastanum flowers (White Chestnut). Contains 27% v/v ethanol.

Directions

• Put 4 drops directly onto the tongue, or add 4 drops to water and sip at intervals.
• Repeat as necessary.
