Becloclear 12 Hour Nasal Spray Dose 200

Becloclear is a corticosteroid nasal spray for the short-term prevention and treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hayfever), in a 200-dose pack.

Ingredients

Beclometasone dipropionate 50 micrograms per dose. Contains benzalkonium chloride and phenylethyl alcohol as preservatives.

Directions

• Adults and children over 12 years: initially one or two sprays into each nostril twice a day, then after 2 to 3 days, one spray into each nostril twice a day.
• For prevention: two sprays into each nostril twice daily for a few days before expected contact with the trigger or allergen. Once symptoms are controlled, protection can be maintained at half the dose — one spray into each nostril, twice daily. This dose may need to be increased if symptoms worsen.
• Use Becloclear regularly at the times recommended.
• Shake well before use.

Warnings

• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Read the pack information leaflet before use.
• If you take other steroids, such as some asthma prevention inhalers, tell your doctor or pharmacist before use.
• Seek medical advice if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding.
• Seek medical advice if you are currently taking another steroid.
• Seek medical advice if you suffer from nosebleeds, or have recently had an injury or surgery to your nose.
• Seek medical advice if you do not experience symptom relief within 7 days.
• Seek medical advice if you intend to use the product for more than 6 consecutive months.
• Keep out of reach of children.
