Bepanthen First Aid Antiseptic Cream is formulated to protect wounds from infection while moisturising the skin. Its smooth consistency applies gently to damaged skin, and it is free from colours and fragrances. This is the 30g tube.

  • Treatment and prevention of infection in minor cuts, wounds, abrasions, insect bites and minor burns.

Ingredients

Chlorhexidine hydrochloride 5.5mg/g, with dexpanthenol. Contains wool fat (anhydrous lanolin), cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol.

Directions

  • Clean the affected area and the surrounding skin, then apply a thin layer as required.

Warnings

  • Chlorhexidine can cause severe allergic reactions.
  • For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears and mucous membranes. If in the eyes, rinse well with water.
  • Mild irritation may occur; stop use if it becomes severe.
  • Seek medical advice for serious burns.
  • If the wound shows signs of infection, or does not improve, see your doctor or pharmacist.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage:

For External use only.


General Use:

Clean the wound and surrounding skin and apply Bepanthen First Aid liberally to the affected area ensuring the cream completely covers the wound. Application may be repeated if necessary.


Minor Burns:

Immediately apply cold water for at least 20 minutes prior to applying Bepanthen First Aid cream. For the first aid treatment of minor burns only. Seek medical advice for serious burns.
