Ingredients

Each daily dose (four sprays) contains thiamin (vitamin B1) 0.28mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.35mg, niacin (vitamin B3) 8mg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 4.5mg, vitamin B6 2.8mg, biotin (vitamin B7) 50µg, folic acid (vitamin B9) 200µg and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100µg. Other ingredients: water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, niacinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, preservative (potassium sorbate), riboflavin 5-phosphate, thiamine mononitrate, natural flavourings (peach, plum and raspberry), folic acid, methylcobalamin, acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide) and D-biotin.

Directions

• Shake well before every use.
• Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
• Adults: use four sprays a day, taken together or separately.
• Does not need to be taken with food or water.
• Replace the cap after use.
