Ingredients

Lavender oil 100% w/w (Lavandula angustifolia), complies with B.P.

Directions

Calm: dilute 5 drops (about a quarter of a mL) in 10ml of carrier oil and use as a massage oil for the back, neck and shoulders.
Relax: add two capfuls to bath water, or use in a diffuser.
Aromatic: add two capfuls to a laundry wash to freshen and fragrance.
