Breathe Right Clear Nasal Strips are drug-free adhesive strips worn across the bridge of the nose. Spring-like bands inside the strip lift and open the nostrils from the outside, which reduces nasal airflow resistance and makes it easier to breathe through your nose. The clear material is non-porous, which makes the strip easier to remove than the original tan fabric, and it suits dry or sensitive skin. Small/medium size, pack of 10.

Directions
Wash and dry your nose first — the skin should not be wet, oily or moisturised. Remove the liner and place the adhesive side of the strip just above the point where your nostrils flare out. Press the ends down and rub gently to secure it. To remove, wash your face with warm water for about ten seconds, or take the strip off in the shower, then lift each side slowly and gently. Each strip is for single use — do not reapply it.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use over sores, or on sunburned, irritated or broken skin. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, stop use. A reaction may occur where the strip is applied, such as redness, irritation, pain, peeling or bleeding. The packaging contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. Not for children under 5 years.
