Cartia 100mg 84 Tablets

Cartia is a low dose aspirin tablet with a Duentric® enteric coating. Uncoated aspirin starts to break down in the stomach and may irritate the stomach lining; the coating is designed to stop the tablet releasing in the stomach so that the aspirin is released lower in the intestine, which helps minimise that irritation.

Used for

Low dose aspirin, taken daily on a doctor's advice by people at risk of heart attack or stroke. Low dose aspirin helps to thin the blood, reducing the risk of heart attack or stroke.
