Each capsule contains:
- Camellia sinensis (green tea) ext. equiv. to dry leaf 14.4 g, standardised to not less than 176 mg total tea polyphenols, 144 mg catechin and 90 mg EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate)
- Vitis vinifera (grape) ext. equiv. to dry seed 4 g, standardised to not less than 32 mg proanthocyanidins
- Silybum marianum (milk thistle) ext. equiv. to dry seed 2.3 g, standardised to not less than 27 mg silymarin
- Cinnamomum cassia (cinnamon) ext. equiv. to dry bark 340 mg
- Curcumin 15 mg
- Chromium (III) chloride 0.85 mg (equiv. chromium 167 mcg)
- Magnesium citrate 215 mg (equiv. magnesium 33 mg)
- Zinc amino acid chelate 25 mg (equiv. zinc 5 mg)
Also contains: Magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
No added: Gluten or wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily.
Warnings
- Check with your health professional before use if you take blood sugar lowering medication, as this product may have an additive effect.
- Blood sugar and insulin levels should be monitored, particularly in the first one to two months, as medication requirements may change.
- Take care if you have gallbladder disease, as curcumin may stimulate the gallbladder.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Avoid while pregnant or breastfeeding. There is not enough safety information on the herbs used (cinnamon, grape seed and milk thistle) to recommend use at these times.
