Ingredients

Each drop contains:

• Iodine 25mcg (10 drops per dose provides 250mcg)

Also contains purified water and glycerine.

Directions

Adults: take 10 drops in water daily.

Hold the dropper horizontally to measure the correct amount. Absorption of the iodine may be improved by taking it together with fruit juice.
