Each tablet contains:
- Aquamin™ (from calcified Lithothamnion species, red algae) 416 mg (equiv. calcium 125 mg)
- Magnesium citrate 322 mg (equiv. magnesium 50 mg)
- Zinc amino acid chelate 12.5 mg (equiv. zinc 2.5 mg)
- Manganese amino acid chelate 2.5 mg (equiv. manganese 500 mcg)
- Boron citrate 7.5 mg (equiv. boron 375 mcg)
- Cholecalciferol complex 1.5 mg (equiv. vitamin D3 3.75 mcg)
Aquamin® also contains nutrients involved in bone health, typically: boron 12 mcg, copper 2 mcg, iodine 12 mcg, iron 250 mcg, magnesium 9 mg, manganese 27 mcg, potassium 1.7 mg, silicon 500 mcg, sodium 1.2 mg, strontium 0.7 mg, sulfur 2.2 mg, zinc 5 mcg.
No added: Artificial colours or preservatives.
Directions
- Children 3–8 years: Chew 1 tablet per day.
- Children 9–13 years: Chew 1–2 tablets per day.
- Children 14–18 years: Chew 1–3 tablets per day.
- Adults: Chew 2–4 tablets per day.
Warnings
- Adult supervision is required when giving these tablets to smaller children. The tablets can be broken into smaller pieces.
