How does it work?

The herbs Lemon balm and Linden support calm and relaxation. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and is used with the Vitamin B6 and L- tryptophan to support sleep hormone production for healthy sleep patterns.
Active Ingredients:
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract 122 mg, Tilia cordata Miller (Linden)extract 122 mg, L-Typtophan 50 mg, Magnesium (from Magnesium gluconate) 9.38mg, Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg

Dosage:
Using the enclosed measuring cup.
Children 5 -13 years and over: Take 15-20mL before sleep.
Children 3-5 years: Take 10mL before sleep.
