Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
- Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) ext. equiv. to dry seed 9.8 g
- C3 Curcumin Complex® (Curcuma longa) ext. equiv. to dry rhizome 6.8 g
- Globe artichoke (Cynara scolymus) ext. equiv. to dry leaf 600 mg
- Copper (from copper gluconate) 500 mcg
- Manganese (from manganese amino acid chelate) 1 mg
- Molybdenum (from molybdenum trioxide) 40 mcg
- Selenium (from L-selenomethionine) 50 mcg
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 5 mg
Also contains: Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, gelatin.
No added: Gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.
Directions
Adults, for liver support and maintenance: 1 capsule in the morning with food.
Adults, for short-term liver detoxification: Gradually increase to 1 capsule 2–3 times daily with food, for 2–3 weeks. Start with one capsule daily and increase slowly, so the body is not detoxifying faster than it can comfortably eliminate. Signs of detoxifying too quickly include feeling off colour or nauseous.
Warnings
- Take care if you have a known allergy to plants in the Compositae family, such as ragweed, daisy, echinacea, chamomile and chrysanthemum, as milk thistle and globe artichoke both belong to this family.
- The herbs in this product are well tolerated at the recommended dose. A mild laxative effect may occur in some people, based on the milk thistle content.
- Not to be taken with blood-thinning medication without medical advice.
- Turmeric is contraindicated in bile duct obstruction.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
