Ingredients
Each gelatin capsule contains:
- Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 133mg
- Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate complex) 133mg
Also contains magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 3 capsules daily with food, taken together or in divided doses.
Warnings
- Contains vitamin B2, which causes a harmless change in urine colour to an intense yellow. This disappears within 24 hours of stopping vitamin B2 supplementation.
- High doses of magnesium, above 500mg daily, may loosen the bowel. Reduce the dose until bowel movements settle, or spread the dose through the day. The threshold varies between individuals.
- High-dose vitamin B2 may occasionally cause short-lived diarrhoea and frequent urination. Lower the dose if this occurs.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: well tolerated and considered safe during these times. Use under health professional supervision to ensure appropriate dosing.
