Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG 3.5 billion CFU
• Bifidobacterium animalis BB-12 3.5 billion cells

Total probiotic bacteria no less than 7 billion CFU at the time of manufacture. CFU = colony forming units.

Also contains: Maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. May contain traces of milk products.

No added: Gluten or wheat, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 capsule once or twice daily with food.

Children 3 years and over: Half to 1 capsule daily with food. For young children, open the capsule and mix the contents with milk or water. Do not reheat.

If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 3 hours before or after each antibiotic dose.

Warnings

• People with a severe IgE-mediated dairy allergy should avoid this product or consult their health professional first.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are having radiation therapy, have had recent oral or gastrointestinal surgery (particularly short bowel loop), or are immunosuppressed (for example, HIV). In these circumstances there is increased susceptibility to bacterial translocation and subsequent infections such as endocarditis and septicaemia.
• This product is cultured on a skim milk base and may contain traces of lactose. Bifidobacterium animalis BB-12 shows lactase activity and can assist with lactose digestion, so the product should be suitable for people who are lactose intolerant.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Considered safe and beneficial during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
