- Citrus bioflavonoids 150 mg
- Thiamin hydrochloride 56 mg (vitamin B1 50 mg)
- Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50 mg
- Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 50 mg
- Calcium pantothenate 55 mg (vitamin B5 50 mg)
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride 61 mg (vitamin B6 50 mg)
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 mcg
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 150 mg
- Cholecalciferol 15 mcg (vitamin D3 600 IU)

Directions
Adults: 1 tablet daily.
Warnings
- Considered safe and well tolerated at the recommended dose.
- Take care if you have gall bladder dysfunction, as curcumin may cause gallbladder contractions similar to those experienced after a fatty meal.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: This product may be taken, but a dedicated pregnancy multivitamin is the better choice during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, to meet the daily needs of both mother and baby.
