Ingredients
Each VegeCap contains milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract equivalent to dry seed 7,000mg (standardised to silymarin 80mg), ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) leaf extract equivalent to dry leaf 6,000mg (standardised to ginkgo flavonoids 29mg), withania (Withania somnifera) root extract equivalent to dry root 2,000mg (standardised to withanolides 1.2mg), chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus) fruit extract equivalent to dry fruit 200mg, magnesium citrate complex 250mg (equivalent to magnesium 50mg), pyridoxine hydrochloride 63mg (equivalent to vitamin B6 60mg) and zinc amino acid chelate 50mg (equivalent to zinc 10mg).
Also contains magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule daily, or as directed.
Warnings
- Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Not recommended alongside progestins, progesterone or hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- When combined with chaste tree, this may aggravate spasmodic dysmenorrhoea not associated with PMS.
- Generally considered safe and well tolerated, with no adverse effects expected at the recommended dose.
