Ingredients

Each gelatin capsule contains:

• Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 12.5mg
• Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg
• 5-Hydroxytryptophan 25mg
• Magnesium (from magnesium aspartate complex) 62.5mg
• Passiflora incarnata (passion flower) ext. equiv. dry herb 540mg
• Scutellaria lateriflora (skullcap) herb 80mg

Also contains magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. The dose may be repeated during the night if required.

Warnings

• Contains 5-HTP, which should not be used alongside SSRI or MAOI antidepressant medication. Anyone taking these medicines should use this product only under the supervision of a health professional, and should not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by a health professional.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: little is known about the use of these ingredients during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and this supplement is not recommended at those times.
