Ingredients
Active ingredient in 5 drops:
- Zinc (sulphate) 5mg
Also contains deionised water and methyl hydroxybenzoate.
Directions
Mix with water or juice.
- Adults: up to 11 to 15 drops per day
- Children and adolescents 9 to 18 years: up to 8 to 15 drops per day
- Children 4 to 8 years: up to 5 to 12 drops per day
- Children 1 to 3 years: up to 3 to 7 drops per day
The highest daily dose for each age reflects the safe tolerable upper level for that age, or the maximum permissible over-the-counter dose in New Zealand, which is 15mg.

Warnings
- Zinc competes with copper for absorption. Other minerals, most notably calcium and iron, can adversely affect zinc absorption if supplemented at high doses. If you are taking high doses of other individual minerals, take zinc at a different time of day.
