Combantrin treats threadworm, and the less common roundworm and hookworm, with a single dose. The chocolate squares are dosed by body weight, so one pack covers a whole family. A pack of 24 squares.

About threadworms

Threadworms spread easily. The eggs are swallowed after being picked up from surfaces such as door handles, or transferred from fingers to the mouth. The eggs stick to the skin around the bottom with a glue-like substance that causes itching; scratching moves the eggs to the fingernails and back to the mouth, which keeps the cycle going.

There are often no symptoms. The common signs are persistent scratching of the bottom, restless sleep, loss of appetite and irritability.
