Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
- Viburnum opulus (cramp bark) extract dry concentrate 100 mg, from dry stem bark 1 g
- Magnesium (as heavy magnesium oxide) 150 mg
- Calcium pantothenate 20 mg, equiv. pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 18.3 mg
- Tanacetum parthenium (feverfew) extract dry concentrate 15 mg, from dry leaf 150 mg
- Nicotinamide 20 mg
- Rutoside (rutin) 250 mg
Contains sulphites.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with water.
After 4 weeks of use, Crampeze Night Cramps is recommended for long-term use.
