DISPRIN Original 300mg Tablets 24

Disprin Original is a dispersible aspirin tablet that is taken dissolved in water. It relieves a wide range of everyday pain and also brings down a fever. A pack of 24 tablets.

Used for

Temporary relief of pain, including:

• Headaches and migraine headaches
• Rheumatic and arthritic pain
• Fibrositis
• Neuralgia (nerve pain)
• Toothache
• Cold and flu symptoms, and sore throats
• Period pain
• Back and muscular pain, strains and sprains

It also helps reduce fever and inflammation.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Aspirin 300 mg.

Contains saccharin.

Directions

• Adults: 1–3 tablets dispersed in, or taken with, water every 4–6 hours as required. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets dispersed in, or taken with, water every 6 hours as required. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Warnings

• Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or to anti-inflammatory medicines.
• Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer or another stomach disorder.
• Do not use with other products containing aspirin or anti-inflammatory medicines.
• Do not give to children under 12 years unless on medical advice. There is a possible association between aspirin and Reye's syndrome when given to children with a fever, so children aged 12 to 16 with chickenpox, influenza or a fever need medical approval before use.
• Take care if you have asthma. Aspirin may bring on bronchospasm or an attack of asthma, or a hypersensitivity reaction, in susceptible people.
• Avoid in the last three months of pregnancy, and while breastfeeding. Not for those trying to conceive.
• If you are receiving regular medical treatment, speak to your doctor before taking this product. Aspirin may enhance the effects of anticoagulants and inhibit the effects of uricosurics.
• Do not use for more than a few days at a time unless a doctor has told you to.
• Aspirin may cause gastrointestinal bleeding, occasionally major.
• Incorrect use may be harmful.
• Keep out of reach of children.
