Silica is found in the blood, skin, hair and nails, and is a constituent of connective tissue, bones, nerve sheaths and mucous membranes. Its action is deep and long lasting, working mainly on the organic substances of the body — particularly the bones, joints, glands and skin.

Silica is traditionally regarded as a cleansing and eliminating tissue salt.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 0.5 micrograms of the mineral tissue salt silicon dioxide in a lactose base.

Contains lactose.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet.
Children: half a tablet.
Infants: a quarter of a tablet.

Chew the tablets, or crush and dissolve them in water.

Acute conditions: every half an hour, up to 6 doses per day, until symptoms subside.
Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.

Take half an hour before meals, with the last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
