Ingredients
Each sachet contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 1g, retinol (vitamin A) equivalents from retinol acetate 750µg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) 15IU, nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 5mg, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) from pyridoxine hydrochloride 2mg, folic acid 40µg, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 25µg, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) from calcium pantothenate 2.5mg, calcium 50mg, phosphorus 30mg, iodine from potassium iodide 150µg, magnesium from magnesium carbonate 29.5mg, zinc from zinc ascorbate 5mg, manganese from manganese gluconate 500µg, chromium from chromium picolinate 12µg, potassium 28mg, cysteine hydrochloride 3.5mg and aspartic acid 7mg.

Directions
Take 1 sachet daily. Empty the contents into a glass, add 125 to 175ml of water and drink, or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings
- When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
