• Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag) 500mg, providing elemental magnesium 50mg
• Magnesium amino acid chelate 750mg, providing elemental magnesium 150mg
• Zinc sulphate monohydrate 19mg, providing elemental zinc 7.0mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 16.6mg
• Chromic chloride 1.0mg, providing elemental chromium 200mcg
• Selenomethionine 33mcg, providing elemental selenium 13mcg

Directions

• For muscle and stress support: take 1 tablet three times daily.
