FESS Nasal & Sinus Wash Extra Strength is a non-medicated hypertonic saline wash. A hypertonic solution is saltier than ordinary saline, so it gently draws liquid out of the sinuses and helps break down mucus. The higher salt concentration also helps where swelling and mucus build-up are heavier.

Ingredients
Each sachet contains sodium chloride 20 mg/g, sodium bicarbonate and xylitol.
Directions
Empty the contents of one sachet into the FESS wash bottle and add previously boiled, lukewarm water to the FULL line. Do not use boiling water. Each 6.3g sachet makes a 200mL alkaline buffered hypertonic saline wash. Because it is non-medicated it can be used as often as required.
