Directions
- Remove the test stick from the foil wrapper and take off the protective cap.
- Hold the stick by the thumb grip with the absorbent tip pointing down and the result window facing away from your body.
- Place the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 5 seconds only. You may also collect urine in a clean, dry container and dip the tip for 5 seconds.
- Replace the cap and lay the stick flat with the result window facing up.
- Read the result at 3 minutes.
Warnings
The over 99% accuracy figure applies from the day of your expected period. When testing earlier than that, accuracy is lower. Some pregnant women may not have detectable amounts of pregnancy hormone in their urine on the day of the test, or may have miscalculated the first day of their period.
The result can be read from 3 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, any change in the result should be disregarded.
Certain health conditions, such as an ovarian cyst or an ectopic pregnancy — a pregnancy outside the uterus — can cause a false or irregular result. Only medications containing the pregnancy hormone hCG can affect the result. Excessive fluid intake, including water, could dilute your urine so that the hCG present is not detected properly.
Single-use device. Do not reuse. Do not use after the expiration date.
