Flixonase Allergy & Hayfever 24 Hour is a nasal spray containing the steroid fluticasone propionate. It works on the inflamed tissue inside the nose, reducing swelling and irritation.

Relief from the major symptoms of airborne allergies, including hayfever — sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, blocked nose, and sinus pain and congestion. It can also be used before symptoms start to help prevent allergy and hayfever symptoms occurring.
When you have rhinitis the inside of your nose becomes swollen and itchy. This often happens in spring and summer, when it is triggered by grass or tree pollens, and is known as hayfever. Some people have symptoms all year round, known as perennial rhinitis, often triggered by house dust mites or by animals such as cats and dogs.

Ingredients
Fluticasone propionate 50 micrograms per spray.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: two sprays into each nostril once a day. Shake the bottle gently before use.
Warnings
- Do not use for more than six months, except on medical advice.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Pregnant or nursing women should seek medical advice before using it.
- Seek medical advice before use if you are already using a steroid product, have an infection in the nasal passages, or have recently had nasal surgery or an injury to the nose.
- While using it, seek medical attention if you develop signs of infection such as fever, nasal or facial pain or swelling, discoloured nasal discharge or bleeding from the nose, or if you develop acute eye pain or visual disturbance.
- Seek medical advice if you do not get relief from your nasal symptoms after 7 days of treatment.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
