Ingredients

Each 5ml contains iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 4.8mg, vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.43mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.43mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.43mg and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 0.43mcg, in an aqueous herbal infusion of roselle sepal, chamomile flower and spinach leaf.

Also contains fruit juice concentrate (grape, pear, cherry, blackcurrant, rosehip, blackberry and carrot), water, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate dihydrate and citric acid.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml twice daily, about 30 minutes before the morning and evening meals.

Children 6 to 12 years: 10ml once daily.

Children 3 to 5 years: 5ml once daily.

Shake well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle — use the measured dose only.

Warnings

This product contains no alcohol, preservatives or additives. To prevent the contents from spoiling once opened, close the bottle after every use, store it upright and return it to the fridge immediately. Consume within 4 weeks of opening.
